The Monzo Group started in 1999 purchasing homes throughout Macomb county. We would renovate the properties and turn them into "buy and hold" rental properties. Since those early days, we have acquired large contracts with HUD and Banks with local homes and handle all marketing, maintenance, and inspection services. These larger accounts allowed us to start investing heavily in marketing resources in Macomb Oakland and Wayne counties. Our steady stream of listings allows us to market all our listings with the highest level of exposure. We continue to be a full-service real estate team ranked at the top 1% in the State of Michigan. We continually adapt to the ever-changing real estate market and use the best marketing systems money can buy. Coming from an I.T. background I have always had a leg up on my competition because of my knowledge of internet marketing and computers. I took these skills and brought them into the market when real estate was still done with a pencil and pen and have shown my team how to out-produce the old guard at every turn. Your home will have maximum exposure at every turn because unlike most agents we invest thousands every month to grow our business and sell your homes.

Bio Erick Monzo - Business Owner

Real estate has always come easy to me. Two of my grandparents were Realtors In Macomb County and my father is a residential investor. I soon caught the bug at 19 and have been doing deals ever since. One property at a time I have built a large block of turnkey rental properties based primarily in Macomb County. In 2004 I decided to get a leg up on other investors and get my Realtor license. The business came easy to me considering I have been around it my whole life. One deal leads to another and before I knew it I was being offered a contract to market homes for HUD. This contract brought me to another level in the business by guaranteeing me a set number of listings every month. This allowed me to create a solid marketing plan and bring employees on to grow the business. Since our HUD account, we have serviced dozens of banks and credit unions over the years. A large portion of our inventory was being sold to investors and we developed close relationships with a large number of them.
