Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Orange Lake.

Purchase price: $550,000
Cash invested: $100,000
Sale price: $857,000

Quadplex that we completely remodeled for the intention of Short Term Rentals. We are managing this property still.

The area is perfect for short term rentals
