Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Sale price: $40,000

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath house for sale for an investor as it needs to be remodeled. I have a CMA created with a remodeled resale opportunity of $115,000 - $140,000. Or rent in this area ranges from $900 - $1600 for a single-family home. The price is negotiable. Contact me for more pics, and CMA, I have receipts for the furnace, water tank, roof, few other things to share.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

To give investors an opportunity to recreate a beautiful space for those who are in need of housing at this time in our Country.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I bought it at the county tax sale.

I paid cash

How did you add value to the deal?

I have been cleaning the house out, and giving away the furniture and other household items to those in need.
