My first wholesale deal
Investment Info:
Single-family residence wholesale investment in Paris.
Purchase price: $110,000
Sale price: $115,000
This was my first ever wholesale deal.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
It was a very large historic home with a lot of potential. Just needed the right type of investor to come in and restore it.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I found this deal on the MLS. I negotiated all the terms to be friendly in my favor so I could find a investor in time before the close date.
