Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $165,000
Cash invested: $50,000
Sale price: $335,000

Fix and Flip. This property was purchased mid flip from another realtor. There were several things that needed to be redone upon further investigation including the electrical wiring and finishing. The other realtor was set on adding an addition to the back of the home to add 700 sq ft. After running the comps it didn't make financial sense so instead we poured a large patio. To finish the property new kitchen cabinets, countertops, paint, and flooring were added.
