Purchase price: $2,020,000
Cash invested: $1,010,000

Co-Broker Private money loan underwritten, investigated and funded by Karpe. The owner was looking for a rate and term refinance for 7 years. Karpe investors provided the funds and closed the deal within the borrower's timeframe.
