Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Leonard.

Purchase price: $550,000
Cash invested: $110,000

Bought an off market triplex & 4 Plex. Rent was $500 Oct of 2021. Have been making improvement and raising rents now @ $700-800 a month

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Off market and could see the value because the rents were so low and it was in NWA

One of my friends knows I do investing
