Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I just bought a property in Uptown Minneapolis that I hope to work on and add living space. That's what I plan to ask you all about in the future!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I'm excited about the potential of an owner-occupied rental property.
