Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $274,900
Cash invested: $50,000

Owner occupied for 4 years, with a great interest rate decided to hold onto and rent out. House worth nearly double what we bought it for in May of 2018.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to start our portfolio, great way to start with a property that was owner occupied for first several years of purchase.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Loan

What was the outcome?

Based on current rents we will be able to cash flow property. Property was built in 2018 so minimal maintenance or repairs will be needed.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Myself.
