When we decided to move we decided to rent instead of sell to add to our asset column.

Didn't really find it. Lived in this house for 4 years and rent it out now that we moved.

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional 30 year when I bought it.

How did you add value to the deal?

Renovated house throughout tenure. Built deck and gazebo around the pool.
