Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

One of our flips in Logan OH! It turned out beautiful. We purchased at a sheriff sale and were pleasantly surprised to discover all of the original hardwoods under the carpet. We emptied the house of four - forty yard roll off dumpsters to clear it out.
