What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

First real estate investment. Just wanted to buy something

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Auction.com- I was the only bidder

How did you finance this deal?

Cash/credit cards.

How did you add value to the deal?

Full gut rehab-

What was the outcome?

Real estate investing experience and understanding what it takes to flip a property.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

The biggest lesson I learned is that there are other financial options rather than using your own money. It took 2 years to complete this project because I was doing the work with my partner. I have learned to utilize "who, not how" Great experience.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No, but I wish I did.
