Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment in Huntington Beach.

When the opportunity presented itself to invest in a family-owned beachfront property, I knew it was a chance I couldn't pass up.

One of the main reasons I was drawn to this property is its location. Being beachfront and close to downtown provides endless opportunities for renters looking for the perfect vacation spot. Additionally, the property's proximity to the city center makes it an ideal location for those looking to experience all that the area has to offer.
