Property With No Comps In The Area
Hello all, new member to BP. I received a phone call this morning. The seller has 22 ac lot, near the Villages in central Florida, with 3 mobile homes and a block home on it. He wants $399,000 for it, but I can't find any comps near it to get a good ARV on the property. How would you guys handle this and what might be a good offer on a property like this. The seller says there is potential for $6000-$7000 a month rental income but I dont really trust that. Any help or advce would be appreciated!! Thank you all.
