Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $445,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Purchased my first single family property at the age of 2019. I house hacked this property, renting out rooms to originally 3 and eventually 4 of my friends, which covered the mortgage and most other costs. Given the ensuing Covid Market, the value has gone up substantially making this purchase a major win. Eventually i will tap into the Equity, however with interest rates higher (as of early 2023) i will focus on funding my next deal without touching this equity
