[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal

Sierra Thornley
Posted

Hi all, I'm fairly new. Just signed up for the pro membership and have been analyzing deals like crazy. I want to know if this is a good deal or not. I know the cash flow is negative, but some of the other factors are positive. What are your thoughts?

Its an awful deal either way, but just wanted to point out that you are showing $5800 of expenses monthly here. You made a typo somewhere.

With that said $300k for $1700/month rent will always be a loser deal.
