FHA house hacking

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $105,000
Cash invested: $350,000
Sale price: $235,000

It was my primary residence for 2 years, meaning I didn't have to pay for capital gains, I was unaware of the BRRRR Method

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I knew it would bring wealth and a great ROI

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was looking to buy a house and I found a good deal before the market bumped up

How did you finance this deal?

FHA loan

How did you add value to the deal?

I was the buy/financer

What was the outcome?

I learned a lot and I was able to make capital, but I wish I knew the BRRRR method first.

I learned I could of used that house and leverage for another, I learned about the BRRRR method shortly after
