Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $575,000
Cash invested: $15,000

House hack turned into full rental property. $3900 Rent income/ $3700 monthly cost

zillow and put the offer in with my real estate agent

How did you finance this deal?

VA home loan

What was the outcome?

I will now be renting the whole property for a profit

I should've kept finances separate from the start.
