Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Will be making my first purchase in 2024 when we relocate to Arizona after my wife finishes her apprenticeship as a tattoo artist. We will live in it for a year or so. Since I'm using a VA first time home buyer loan. My goal after that is to network with the locals and start buying 1 house a year starting with a duplex and moving up to a 4plex. Will post more about house closer to move.
