Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $268,000
Cash invested: $53,400

First property that has gotten me into to real-estate investing. House hack.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This property was able to kick start my financial freedom at the age of 18. Working in sales had given me the opportunity to buy this first property.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This deal was found on the MLS. Negotiations were done with a Realtor (my dad) on an active property.

How did you finance this deal?

Standard Home mortgage

What was the outcome?

Outcome was good. I have a mortgage that pays itself. I do however wish I found bigger pockets before this and leveraged my cash better.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Would Highly recommend working with Don White who is the top sales person for Northside single family homes.
