Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

We purchased a property with lake access to be utilized as a short term rental. The home needed a complete cosmetic overhaul as well as updated furnishings. Check it out on AirBnB. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/726729584711858359?check_in=2022-12-07&check_out=2022-12-12&guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=dff1c6b0-6ca0-4f25-b3a5-82a209e858d9
