Fix and Flip Home in Richfield Village Ohio

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $115,000

Purchased from a wholesaler. Project permitted and approved through county. Prices of materials went through the roof and the project was way more work than originally estimated. Supply chain and permits took way to long so property has been held longer than anticipated - but is now under contract!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I love to take a distressed property and make it a jewel - for a new owner to make it their home and to improve the community. My husband grew up in the town and it was important to us to help start brining the area back to life!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
