First Property: Duplex Renovate and Rent
Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Cresson.
This was my first investment property. I lived in one side while renting out the other unit. I was also able to renovate the unit I was living in. Both units are now rented out and cash flow.
How did you finance this deal?
FHA loan as this was my first property.
How did you add value to the deal?
Renovation and increased rents.
What was the outcome?
Property has been renovated and cash flows.
