Creative Pet Fees Structure

Amby Bhagtani

Hi - Any creative ways to structure pet fees? Living in california, I have seen people do either a deposit or a monthly fee. I am curious what folks have done here.

@Amby Bhagtani I would do both. I would do a non refundable pet deposit and also a monthly fee for them. Pets are tough on surfaces and yards. Likely you will need to take a look at a deep clean of the unit best case and replace carpet worse case. Creating some sort of insulation for yourself would be ideal!
