Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip SFH in Toledo, Ohio.
Over the years, I have bought, renovated, sold and managed thousands of propertied through my companies Oz Realty and Ohio Cashflow.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I initially started with one house back in 2012 and before I knew it, the empire started expanding into a variety of different companies involved in the acquisition, selling and management of rental properties.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Through a variety of means. The MLS, bird dogs, wholesalers, Yellow Letters, Craigslist, etc...
How did you finance this deal?
Cash always.
How did you add value to the deal?
Through renovations.
What was the outcome?
Profitable transactions and investor satisfaction.
