Syndication: Assuming fixed rate debt at 3.31%.

Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) other investment in Lake Mary.

Syndication: Co-GP on a 262-unit class C apartment property in Houston Texas. Assumed fixed rate debt at 3.31%.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Greater security with fixed rate debt. Strong business plan to capture under market rents.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Group effort.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash to assumption of existing debt.

How did you add value to the deal?

Improvements to the unit interiors, leasing office and exteriors. Also improving the tenant base.

What was the outcome?

We are in process.....

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Did not realize how many tenants we would have to remove.....in the end this will be worth it.
