First time home buyer, finishes basement and turns into cashflow

Investment Info:

Townhouse other investment.

Purchase price: $420,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Bought our first home and finished the basement. Because we moved our garage door to the stairwell, we dont have to share access with our house to the renters.
