Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $265,000
Cash invested: $55,000

Bought house across the street from first property. Beautifully built and maintained home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great experience previously, wanted more cash flow

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

House went up for sale across from street.

How did you finance this deal?

10/1 ARM

How did you add value to the deal?

House was down to ply wood in upstairs unit. Renovated top floor and half of bottom with new HVAC, added security system.

What was the outcome?

Beautiful home, secure, and safe.

Just do things the right way, the best way, the first time.
