Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $105,000
Cash invested: $175,000
Sale price: $407,500

Purchased this historical home with a tree through the rear and it was condemned. Gutted it to the crawlspace and rebuilt and converted from a duplex to a SFH
