I need advice about my First Flip.
This can be my first deal. I am looking at a deal in Fairview, NC. Its a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house. It does need a lot of rehabbing done to it(Exterior and Interior), i am not sure how much it will cost but it looks like its gonna be a bit. In the area, The House after rehabbing should be worth between 85k to 120k. I need to come up with money for the Rehabbing. I live in Raleigh, NC. And the deal is about 4 hours away. So I was wondering if there are any loans that lets you borrow money for rehabbing. I am having trouble finding money for the Rehabbing.
