Successful House Hack
Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $480,000
Cash invested: $17,000
This was my First House hack property. I did a FHA loan at 2.75% and only out 17,000 dollars down. I Invested 20,000 to Turn the garage in to a unit B studio apartment. I then put the Short term rent on airbnb and it almost covers the mortgage. I then rent out the other unit for 1500 a month. This property allows me to live with all my bills payed and still have some positive . Successful house hack !

Turned Garage int a a Unit b on one of the units. Then Turned that into a short term rental. Look for properties you can add another door to and put on Airbnb

Lot line adjustments and not proper lot lines for properties can make closing crazy
