Second House-Hack. Our first one allowed us to live free and save massively. Then I got to up my home goals and jump up a few levels. This house-hack included a separate Mother in Law apt. So we had our entire place. This time I turned to an STR. Nothing special, but a 2/1 in the basement with a small kitchenette area (no oven or stove, just small appliances). Did not cover the entire mortgage. But brought in nearly $2k.

Cleaning an STR is not worth my time. Recommend you turn to a cleaning crew.
