This is an auction property price at 75k but my max is 125k, so I priced everything off of a 125k max. Also the after repair value is a guess. Property needs all new fiber cement siding, fascia, window frames and sills, minor front brick foundation repair. Trying to pick my first brrrr. Would love feedback. Thank you.
