Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $5,000
Cash invested: $38,000

I'm in the process of completing this buy and hold property. I am seeking $60,000 for a 15% ROI. I can return the investment and ROI within 90 days. The plan is to refinance the property within the 90 days.

The deal was a great deal to purchase a property for $5,000 and with the value of $152,000.

I found the deal through a friend and I negotiated to pay all the fees.
