Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $1,700,000
Cash invested: $400,000

Our team purchased a 28 unit multi-family property. We did some exterior renovations and raised rents to meet market value. By doing this it simply increased cash flow and forced equity into the property
