Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $960,000
Cash invested: $500,000

Our team purchased and flipped a 23 unit commercial property. Construction phase was about 4 months. We went into each unit and updated them along with installing kitchenettes and forced the value of the property. We are currently almost 100% occupied and have created large equity and cash flow
