Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $378,000
Cash invested: $2,000

I currently own two investment homes.

1) Co-op in white plains NY, currently renting this out.
2) 3 family home in highland NY, 2/3 are currently being rented.

Hoping to build my portfolio each year.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Through my agent

How did you finance this deal?

Bought it myself

How did you add value to the deal?

Totally rehabbed the inside and out.

What was the outcome?
