Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $224,000

Single family residence. We used money from my mom to make the down payement and then later refinanced to take all of her money out.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Knew a friend who bought a property

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My brother who I partnered with on the deal found it. It was listed with Homie

How did you finance this deal?

Money from family

How did you add value to the deal?

Did some renovation, found tenants, managed the tenants

Great cash flowing long term investment

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Daniel Bryan and Dustin Bryan, both agents. I worked with Box Home Loans and they were great
