Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $809,000
Cash invested: $237,000
Sale price: $1,680,000

This property had a jarring foundation issue which turned off every buyer that walked through. This allowed us to pay less than the assessed land value for an issue that ultimately only required 30k in fix up cost.
