Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $330,000
Cash invested: $120,000

That was the narrative moving forward with this deal. As you can see this one took a couple years of being patient. The owner filed an appeal with the courts the day before the auction and it held up 35K in escrow. I had the option of getting my deposit back, however we would not have gotten lucky with property increases if we did...BONUS !
