Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $240,000

Fixer upper property purchased as is earlier this year! We brought our team in to redo the deck and large back storage shed. Interior work included new doors, windows, flooring, plumb lines, paint, fixtures, heat pump, roof, bathroom and full kitchen remodel.

Turned out great!
