Condo fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $12,000
Sale price: $340,000
Value-add opportunity. I moved into the unit and did DIY renovations over the first 12 or so months. Rented the unit which cash flowed at $700/month for 2 years. Sold the property and rolled the funds into a vacant lot purchase in the same neighborhood.
