Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $283,500
Sale price: $330,000

This was a great buy. We bought knowing the market was going insane in San Antonio! We literally sat on this house for a year, then we realized Texas wasn't where we wanted to live and we sold. The only changes we made in this home was warming it up with paint.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Knowing that Texas was booming, we knew investing was the way to go. We bought this new home knowing we wouldn't have to do anything to it if we didn't want to, knowing that it was just going to keep increasing in value.

How did you finance this deal?

VA Loan

What was the outcome?

We walked away with $40,000 by just sitting on it for a year.
