Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $175,000
Sale price: $221,000

It was built in 1937, so it still had lots of charm and room for some great improvements. The main floor had a bedroom that was very outdated, so we decided to open up the main floor and take two walls down from that bedroom to open everything up. The basement was unfinished. Since the basement bathroom was the nicest one in the house, we made the basement into the master. We included a walk-in closet that closed off the utilities with their own door beyond the closet
