Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Ooltewah.

Purchase price: $98,000
Cash invested: $52,000

This was my starter home before I got married. This investment property is a 4 bedroom/studio mother--in-law suit. We rent the 4 bedrooms to college kids because, the University is one mile away. The studio apartment attached to the house is used as a short term rental and guesthouse when we have family in town.
