Multi-Family Investment Opportunities

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment.

Cash invested: $300,000

We are building multi-family rentals in the form of duplexes and quadplexes. We have opportunities for all investors and even homeowners that would like to live in one of the units and have the other units as income, in essence, eliminating your mortgage payment for your residence!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The opportunity for multi-family homes in this neighborhood is vast. We can be building multi-family, from as small as duplexes and as large as 500 unit apartment complexes for years to come.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this neighborhood via Internet searches and visited the property to realize that the potential within this community for new investments is next level.

How did you finance this deal?

We work directly with small and large investors, both novice and seasoned investors, that fund these opportunities. Should the investors need financing, we have multiple options for them to explore.

How did you add value to the deal?

We manage everything from acquisition of the land, all the way through to the final property management after completion of the builds and tenant placement. As an investor, you will be able to sit back and enjoy the profits, while we manage all of the day-to-day operations and navigate through the challenges for you!

What was the outcome?

We are currently working on the plans for our duplexes and quadplexes and will begin building in October for our model units, as well as builds for our investors.

This industry is full of challenges and with almost 2 decades of experience in this arena, we are capable of taking on all challenges presented and overcoming them. This is the value add when you are working with Big Dogg Realty Group!

We are the realtors for each of these transactions. We are a complete one stop shop for investors and handle everything from acquisitions, to the build process, tenant placement, as well as aiding in property management.
