I'm definitely down to come to a meetup. As I'm always looking to learn.

My interest rate is 4.5%. The taxes last year were around $675 if I remember right and my insurance is $700. I don't have my computer here with me as Im visiting family, but I'll definitely check it and follow up. I closed on the house last December, so maybe I didn't pay as much in taxes and the escrow will rise drastically this year? I don't really know. But the mortgage has been $588 since it started in January and hasn't changed as of yet.
