Wholesaling 2022 works!!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $127,000
Sale price: $135,000

1st Deal completed 👌

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The seller was a friend, and gave me the opportunity.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Already in network:
Really tried to get as close as the seller wanted to be comfortable.

How did you finance this deal?

Wholesale : $0

How did you add value to the deal?

I knew a title company, and had sold my house so I knew the steps.

What was the outcome?

Completed deal @8k profits

Lessons learned? Challenges?

EMD goes back after deal is completed. Get pay off asap. Have a buyer-inspections ready.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Title company. No lenders or agents for this deal. I am looking to build a relationship with a lender looking to start getting my business rolling.
