Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $850,000
Cash invested: $975,000
Sale price: $1,678,880

This was a quick flip that many other investors had passed on. It was interesting but because of my experience I was able to identify things others missed and made this one of the best quick flips I've done.
