Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $215,000
Cash invested: $25,000

Huge Duplex. Both units leased with long term tenants & under new contracts who will continue to stay under new ownership.

Time for a multifamily in the portfolio

Found it through MLS and agent got right on it.

Minor repairs
